6 charming, clean, lakefront cabins, nicely spaced for privacy & 2 Rental RV’s

All cabins/ Rental RV’s include:

    • RV’s & all cabins have full bathrooms attached
    • comfortable beds with bed protectors and fitted bottom sheets. Please bring your own bedding
    • hot and cold water; electric heat
    • refrigerator,  stove with oven, and microwave
    • gas barbecues and picnic table on sundecks (including free propane); RV’s have one too
    • electricity
    • well-equipped kitchens that include dishes, pots & pans, utensils, can opener, Flex Brew coffee maker (bring your own pods or coffee grounds), coffee filters, toaster, crock pot, blender, kettle, dish soap and dish cloths, liquid hand soap
    • fire pits by the lake *bring your favourite lawn chair* 
    • Free Wi-Fi. It is broadcast across the resort and you will get very good service in the cabins & at the RV
    • cell service available (Telus tower)
    • Rental RV’s and all cabins are a minimum 2-night stay
  • Bedding (sheets, Duvet, pillows) $25 per bed
  • Towels (bath, hand, face) $10 per set
  • Pillow (includes cover) $5 per pillow

*Please note: we do NOT provide lawn chairs or chairs for around the fire. The Adirondack chairs that used to be on the decks flew off in strong winds and landed badly, they have been replaced with a picnic table. Furniture from inside the Cabins is not to be brought outside.

Check-In Time:  4 pm – 6 pm (please advise us if you will be later than 6 pm so we can turn lights on etc.)
Check-Out Time:  9 am -11 am Please leave keys in the Cabin but remove all garbage and recycling. (if leaving earlier than 9 am- please pay the day before due to the Office not being open until 9 am)

**Our water is drawn from the lake. We filter it down to less than 1 micron but do NOT add Chlorine. We have a 1-minute boil advisory on all water on site that comes from a tap of any sort, to ensure it is safe for drinking.

Please note our office hours of 9 am – 11 am & 4 pm -6 pm. In between these hours, we are around but maybe cleaning at one of the Cabins, wash houses, etc.   If you wish to leave before the office opens at 9 am, please see us the night before to take care of your bill.

Reservations are recommended. All nights reserved ( less the taxes and possible extras; which are due on the date of departure) will be paid for at the time of reservation and a credit card on file is required.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any and all damages to all rental items while in your possession. You accept full responsibility if you, your family, and, or your party are injured in any way on the premises. You are responsible for yourself, family members, party, guests, and any other persons accessing Moosehaven with your permission or knowledge. Any person under the age of 19 who wishes to rent an item must have his/her parent or guardian’s permission. You accept that you use all items at your own risk.

All cabins and rental RV’s are pet-free & non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Smoking (or vaping) anything inside the cabins & RV’s is forbidden ($1,000 cleaning charge for violation). We are NOT 420-smoke-friendly, (we have no issues with edibles or other odourless methods). If you are, medicinal or otherwise, make sure you read the GUIDELINES page regarding its use on resort grounds. The resort is private property, so we get to have a say in its use. You can’t possibly imagine how little we care about your right to smoke pot where and when you want to. We are far more concerned about keeping the kids here safe from 2nd hand pot smoke and our other guests’ right to not smell it than we are about your right to smoke it. If you have even the slightest problem with this policy, please move along and camp somewhere else. 

Cancellation Policy:
    • You are responsible for the full amount (not just the deposit) of all days you reserved
    • 60 days notice – full refund less $30 administration fee
    • Less than 60 days – refund less $30 administration fee ONLY if the cabin can be rented again.

Cabin/ Rental RV’s renters please note: upon check-in, your deposit becomes a damage/cleaning deposit and will be returned to you after check-out and we have established the cabin/RV is in acceptable condition. We are NOT a hotel and expect you to leave your cabin/RV as we give it to you (with reasonable mess). Garbage must be removed and placed at the RV washroom garbage bin. Recycling must be sorted and taken to the  RV washroom building where there are labeled cans.  Dishes must be washed and put away.  Once this has been verified, your deposit will be returned by the same method it was received. A credit card is required.

For allergy and scent-conscious customers, here is a list of products we use and where we use them:
Sheets and towels are washed with Tide-free & gentle detergent pods, then dried using Bounce-free & gentle dryer sheets.
Floors and all hard surfaces are cleaned with Fantastik Original All Purpose Cleaner (DIN registered virucide).
Sinks, windows, and some hard surfaces are cleaned with Windex Advanced Glass & Multi-surface Cleaner.
In the bathrooms, we use Lysol Disinfectant Toilet Bowl Cleaner.
The supplied dish detergent is Palmolive Advance Original. Hand cleaner in bathrooms is Softsoap soothing Aloe Vera hand soap
