Chemical flush porta-potty – $5 per night (includes toilet paper) – you are required to empty it prior to departure due to Covid 19. Yes, we will show you how this is done.

**Discount is given for the TOTAL time booked for the season. The nights do NOT have to be consecutive. Please note, the discount is given at the end of the final month. If you cancel any part of the stay, the full price will be charged for all nights. ie, if you book for 4 months, and cancel after 2 months for any reason, you will not receive any discount unless we can rent the site to other parties for the balance of your original stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially if there is a potential for you to become ill or need to change your reservations “mid stream”.
Tenting– regular site fees apply (showers included, long term discounts apply) (Only 2 washrooms open)
Laundry on site– $3 per wash – $3 per dry- coin operated; loonies only.
Guests are responsible for all days booked. Full payment is required upon check-in.
Firewood: $10 per level cart load; $15 per oversize load. CAMPFIRE BAN 2021 Outside firewood is not permitted. See our Guidelines for all the federal regulations and rules. If you wish to scavenge firewood from the surrounding crown lands, please download or request from us an free wood permit for the 100 Mile House area.
Your stay includes free Wi-Fi across the entire resort and in the cabins. Recent upgrades to our system are allowing for very good reception. We are using the new Star Link system and must advise that we are in their Beta testing phase. Normally, guests can expect unlimited Wi-Fi with speeds up to 300Mbps, however, there may be times when we have no internet for short periods of time or it slows down as new satellites are launched to improve the system.
All fishing boats include *seats, rod holders, gas motor, electric trolling motor & battery. Weekly rates available

*includes 2L gas/day. 1/2 day is 4 consecutive hours only. Extra fuel is billed at $2/L (premium + oil mix)
We recommend anyone wishing to rent our motorized boats complete the Pleasure Craft Operator Course. Please have your card present when requesting a rental. If you have not completed the course, or cannot provide a competency card from either Canada or your home country, you will be required to complete a rental waiver, safety checklist and tutorial on the specific boat you wish to rent. Only the person named on the waiver will be permitted to operate the craft. Our insurance provider requires only individuals 21 yrs or over can rent a boat using a waiver. There is a $5 charge for each waiver. The waiver is only valid for the dates and boat specified. A change in either requires a new waiver.

Kayaks: Adult – $40/day, $25/3 hrs, $10/hr

We have life vests to borrow but only as life saving devices NOT for kids to swim in. Please bring your own if you wish to use it for children unsure of the water.
We also rent Okuma Kokanee rods and rubber nets and carry a variety of lures and blades that work on our lake!
Standard boat moorage is $4/day. This applies to gas powered boats 12′ and under and gives you access to a dedicated slip with 3 – 8″ cleats. We do not provide bumpers. There are 2 parking spots between slips. The distance between the slips is 13 feet. If your boat more than 66″ wide or is 14′ or bigger, we have a separate dock for you. 14′ = $5/day, 16′ = $6/day, 18′ = $7/day, over 18′ = $8/day. No, you cannot pull up on shore to avoid moorage, as it wrecks our shoreline. To avoid moorage, pull your boat out onto your trailer between uses. Canoes, kayaks, light weight electric boats can be pulled onto shore in designated areas. No fee will apply to these. NO gas powered boats will be permitted to be pulled up on our grass.

>Please remember, when you make a reservation, you are responsible for all days booked. We do NOT have a contract with mother nature. If there is a chance you might wish to cancel due to bad weather, bugs or smoke, or are the type to leave early if the fishing is slow, please look into travel insurance, as we do not refund early departure for such reasons. BC has a fire season. We also have an unpredictable bug season, and if you’ve been in our province before, you know our weather can be cantankerous, and the fishing can be unpredictable. If we have a bad fire season and the resort is put under evacuation alert or notice, all deposits will be refunded for that initial period without question, we will require a reduced $20 service fee to cover our service costs. The fire cancellation policy only applies to reservations within 1 week of the start date of the alert . We will not accept cancellations due to an alert more than a week in advance. (ie, cancelling July 10 when we are under alert, for a reservation in August, our regular policies apply). If you cancel because there is, or might be, smoke, bugs or bad weather, you are responsible for the FULL amount of all nights reserved (not just the deposit). We recommend reservations to guarantee your space. Our guarantee is that your space will be available to you for the time requested, and nothing more.
